Lorrie Denning is a Yoga Therapist / Yoga Instructor specializing in body alignment and posture with special emphasis on breath work.   Her classes are designed to increase balance, strength and flexibility, and to reduce stress.   All Yoga postures can be adapted to meet the abilities and needs of each participant,  allowing for a safe, personalized experience on the mat.   Lorrie is also a Prime of Life Yoga™ instructor, specializing in midlife and the senior population.   She is a certified Chair Yoga instructor with added training in Yoga for Arthritis.

New Class Monday at 11:15am - Yoga Therapeutics is a slower paced class with a focus on healing and reducing stress. The postures are foundational poses, that develop core strength, improve posture and reduce stress. Breathing exercises bring peace to body and mind. Back problems improve as the core strengthens. Neck problems get better as the posture improves and the body moves into better alignment.

   
Dunya Merell Djordjevic is a Kundalini Yoga instructor and workshop facilitator. Studied 20 years with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa at Golden Bridge Yoga, Los Angeles, an internationally accredited yoga teacher training. “In my acting/filmmaking career I’ve used Kundalini Yoga to tap into my creativity and move through blocks. Maria Shafranovich specializes in delivering Pilates Mat Classes.


Pilates mat class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Pilates mat is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed on a mat.

Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. At the end of the class we will make a focus on stretching to prevent injuries.

In each workout you will use different exercise equipment such as light- weight, resistance band, yoga straps, yoga blocks.
