The Jack Kramer Club offers several membership options for tennis and swim use.  All membership categories are limited in number to ensure easy access to all facilities.

Equity (Full Membership)

Collectively, Equity members are the owners of the club.  Equity members are issued stock certificates and may serve on the Club’s Board of Directors.  The general manager facilitates the transfer of all equity memberships between prospective members and selling members at current market price.  Equity status includes family privileges for all tennis, swim, and social activities at the club.  Recent sale prices range from $14,000 to $17,000.  The seller pays a 20% transfer fee to the club upon the sale of stock shares.   Monthly dues are $145.00 and a monthly snack bar minimum fee of $15.00.

Young Adult Tennis

Prospective members under the age of 35 may join the club under the Young Adult program.  At the age of 35 (or after 5 years of membership) the family must apply for equity status, or forfeit their membership and deposit.  An initiation fee of $500.00 and a deposit of $2,500 are charged, and are subject to $145.00 monthly dues and the $15.00 snack bar minimum.  Should the conversion to equity status occur, the $2,500 initiation deposit is applied to the cost of the equity membership.

Six Month Trial

For those prospective members new to the area, or not familiar with the club, there is the six month trial membership program.  An initiation fee of $500.00 and a deposit of $1,000 are required, and trial members are charged $145.00 monthly dues and a $15.00 snack bar minimum.  At the end of the 6 month period, the initiation $1,000 deposit is applied to the cost of an Equity membership, should the family wish to continue as members.  Should trial member cancel their membership, the initiation deposit of $1,000 is forfeited. 

Junior Tennis

The club offers junior tennis memberships for kids aged 6 to 18 with an initiation fee of $400 which is applied to the cost of an Equity membership if purchased.  Junior members are charged $88.00 monthly dues and a $300.00 annually renewal fee.  Junior memberships must be approved by both the Club General Manager and the Club Director of Tennis.  Junior members have use of the tennis facilities and swimming pool, and are subject to the Clubs regulations governing junior use of the facilities.

Swim   CALL FOR SUMMER SPECIALS

A limited number of individual and family swim memberships are offered by the club.  An annual fee of $3,000 for family or $2,250 for individuals is charged and monthly dues are not charged, but the monthly $15.00 snack bar minimum applies.  Swim members are invited to all social events at the club and have charging privileges.  There are no tennis privileges with this membership.
